Kitchen Equipment
If you're interested in giving the raw food diet a try then you might find yourself thinking that you'll have to invest in a load of new kitchen equipment. However this isn't the case! Obviously you'll be making little use of your cooker, but the chances are you'll already have all the items you need to prepare some excellent raw food recipes. A good set of sharp knives is pretty helpful for preparing raw fruit and vegetables, so if you don't have a set of knives that are up to the job then that might be something you can invest in.
A good quality food processor is also pretty useful too, especially if you're planning on blending food to make drinks. If you don't have a food processor then you can pick one up quite cheaply, but you're better off spending a bit more money on a better model as it's probably going to get a lot of use if you're trying the raw food diet. There's a great range of Magimix Food Processors currently available, many of which have a wide range of functionality. Most good department stores will have a nice selection of Magimix Food processors in stock, specialist kitchen shops will also stock them as well. However, if you want to save yourself some money then it's probably worth looking online as there are many online shops selling Magimix Food processors for a much lower price than the high street stores.
However, aside from a decent food processor you'll soon find that you don't really need to spend too much on special equipment to get along with the raw food diet.
